The news about Black Sabbath not playing together after all this year here in Sweden made me quite dissapointed. But what can you do. We have the tickets but are not sure if the replacement consert "Ozzy and friends" are something we want to see. I think we are kind of still hoping Tony Iommi will get much better and that Bill Ward will get a decent contract he can sign.
Here you have Stillborn by Black Label Society.
Ozzy are doing guest vocals here for one of his friends Zakk Wylde which are supposed to be joining in the replacement consert.

I think the whole Ozzy and friends thing is a joke, and a very convenient way of excluding Bill from the tour completely. The main problem, full lineup or not, is that Ozzy can't really sing anymore. He should just retire.

Johan: Christian and I have now decided to not see the replacment show... Did`t feel like putting out money on train tickets, food and booze...Just not worth it. Sadly. We paid to see Black sabbath. Not just Ozzy...

And yes the voice are probably not holding up anymore. Age and other shit has taken it away for good.

I understand your reasoning, I'd probably do the same. It's not like there's a shortage of good gigs in GBG any way. :) Do you at least get a refund for the tickets since it's not actually the concert you paid for?
